Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client.
Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation with the full session fee applied.
Please plan ahead so you can enjoy your full treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged 50% of the service price.
No-call / No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
